Red Clover - The Gentle Balancer

In recent years Red Clover has been the subject of much research interest as a possible natural form of hormone replacement therapy for the menopause. Red Clover is high in isoflavones, phytoestrogenic compounds that are though to help reduce hot hot flushes, and night sweats as well as the effects of premenstrual syndrome [PMS]. However as yet no large scale clinical studies have confirmed its usefulness.
